The company - a small consultancy made up of three ex-Olympian sports psychologists wanted to re-position away from being corporate exec coaches, to something more inspiring, purposeful and compelling.
Solution
I collaborated with them to:
Reposition the company to focus on team coaching and high performance teams.
Renamed the company Mezzana Partners. Mezzana being a mountain village in Italy with a great back-story of where they first had olympic gold success.
Articulated a powerful new value proposition and messaging, based on deep sector and competitor reseach
